What you are ordering
A physical black KH-UBE configured as the product you choose: Pocket Pals (visual routines and character cues), MatchDay Mini (football fixtures and match updates) or Little Advent (festive animations and a daily countdown). Read the linked product page before ordering. The order includes a numbered founder card, development updates and invitations to content polls. It is a purchase of goods, not an investment, donation or recurring subscription.
Price and payment
£17.99 per cube, with £3.75 UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcel delivery. One cube per checkout. The total is £21.74, paid in full by card through Stripe at checkout. There are no further compulsory charges on this order. The expected general RRP of around £24.99 is a future price estimate, not a previous selling price.
First-batch allocation
There are 20 customer units shared across the three product choices. Availability is checked by the server. A checkout temporarily holds one unit for up to 45 minutes. A paid order confirms the allocation. Unpaid stock is released once Stripe confirms checkout expiry. Starting a checkout or joining the free launch list is not a paid reservation.
Dispatch and delivery
Your pre-order is scheduled for dispatch on 25 November 2026 to the UK address supplied at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery follows dispatch; the service name is not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you using your order email if dispatch is delayed, explain the revised timing and offer cancellation with a full refund before dispatch if you do not want to wait.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel before dispatch by emailing info@kh-ube.com with your order reference. You may also tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, then return the goods within the following 14 days. Contact us for return instructions. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
For a cancelled order we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge to the original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Before dispatch, we refund within 14 days after cancellation. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are unaffected.
How to contact us
Email info@kh-ube.com about your order, cancellation, a fault or a complaint. Include the order reference where available. Ordering does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
