Who is responsible
KH-UBE operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through its launch list. Contact us at info@kh-ube.com with any privacy question or request.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, the KH-UBE products you choose, the date and time of signup, and a record of your consent and the notice version shown to you. The list is for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not submit a child’s details.
How we use it
With your consent, we use your email address to send KH-UBE development and launch updates about your selected interests. Joining is optional and free. It does not place an order, take payment or reserve a device. We do not sell signup details or share them with other brands for their own marketing.
We rely on your consent for these emails. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what we did before withdrawal.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Signup records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage configured in London. Vercel processes supporting technical information to deliver, secure and operate the service. A storage region does not mean all supporting processing is limited to that region. See Vercel’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
To protect the form from repeated requests, the server uses a short-lived hashed network identifier in memory. We do not add it to your signup record. Hosting providers may retain their own security and access logs.
Leaving the list
After a successful signup, we show a private removal link. Save it if you want to remove your signup directly. You can also ask us to remove your details by emailing info@kh-ube.com. KH-UBE marketing emails will include an unsubscribe route.
Removal deletes the active signup record. Provider logs and backups may follow their own retention policies.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list information while it is needed for the product development and launch updates you requested. We remove details when you withdraw consent, when those updates end, or if the project does not proceed. We review the list at least annually and remove details we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request erasure, restrict its use, or receive a copy in a reusable format where the relevant right applies. Contact info@kh-ube.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies or analytics. Hosting and security services may use technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
